Job summary

Live Long Well Care is seeking Full Time and Part Time CNAs, Caregivers, Home Health Aides, and Companions to provide personal care and companionship for seniors. Day and night shifts are available; CNA certification is not required, but can be a plus and is paid a premium.

Must be able to work weekends and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Applicants should have an up-to-date smartphone for timekeeping, task management, and communication.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED required.
• Two years’ experience in a similar position desired.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must have an updated smartphone for timekeeping and task management.

Responsibilities

• Provide general assistance and care to patients/clients per non-personal care plan.
• Plan meals, shop for food, and prepare nutritious meals as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly home environment.
• Provide companionship and transportation as needed.
• Document services accurately and timely in agency records.
