Job summary

Live Long Well Care is seeking Morning CNAs/Caregivers/Companions in Carmel, IN and surrounding areas to provide personal care and companionship to seniors. State-registered aides welcome; CNA not required but favored. Weekend work and driving to client locations within a 30-mile radius are common.

Smartphone use and attendance logging are part of daily duties. The role emphasizes flexibility, client independence, and compassionate care, with opportunities across full-time and part-time shifts

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Two years’ experience in a similar role desired but not required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
CNA certification not required but a plus and paid a premium.

Responsibilities

Assist with ADLs and daily living activities.
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients.
Transport and accompany clients to appointments as needed.
Document services accurately and timely as per policy.
Report changes in client condition to supervisor promptly.
