Job summary
Live Long Well Care is accepting applications for Full Time and Part Time CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aides/Companions to provide personal care and companionship for seniors. Day & Night positions and weekends available. CNA certification not required but paid as premium.

Qualifications
- Two years' experience in a similar position desirable.
- Two years' experience working with the elderly desirable.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English fluently.
- Must have an updated Android or iPhone smartphone.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and companionship to seniors in their homes.
- Plan meals and assist with household tasks as required by the care plan.
- Maintain a clean, safe home environment and assist with transportation when needed.
- Document services and report changes to supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to agency policies, confidentiality, and privacy requirements.
