Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Young Harris, GA, is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the morning shift on a part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting with check-ins/check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring each stay begins with warm, attentive service.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accurate billing, and teamwork in a beautiful mountain setting. Flexible schedules and weekend work are required to support resort operations.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Strong communication and friendly demeanor.
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends.
Availability for morning shifts 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
