Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Georgia invites friendly, service-minded individuals to join our front desk team. You will be the first and last warm greeting, assisting with reservations and guest inquiries to ensure memorable mountain stays.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, smooth check-ins/outs, and accurate billing in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication.
• Reliable, team-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks.
• Able to work 1:00pm-9:00pm and/or 3:00pm-11:00pm; weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Assist with reservations, calls, cancellations, and guest requests.
• Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Contribute to creating positive guest experiences from arrival to departure.
• Maintain accuracy with cash handling and billing procedures.
• Collaborate with team to support smooth daily operations.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule that supports resort operations.
