Compass Group USA is seeking a Food Unit Lead for the Ann Arbor Public Schools facility in Ann Arbor, MI. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a pay range of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour. Prior leadership or management experience is preferred.

The Food Unit Lead will supervise dining operations, ensure quality service, oversee food preparation and sanitation, and train staff while managing schedules and daily cash handling in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

• Leadership and/or management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates activities of food-service staff.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverages per standards.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service and supervises serving of meals.
• Trains employees and assigns work to promote efficiency.
• Maintains cash handling and completes required reports per policy.
