Responsabilités

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverages per standards.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service and supervises serving of meals.
• Responds to customer complaints in person and by email.
• Trains employees and coordinates work to promote efficiency.
• Maintains daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, etc.).
• Directs sanitation and safety of the facility per regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
