Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Memorize training material and explain health benefits to customers in an upbeat, informative manner.
• Keep front lobby and outside area clean.
• Provide excellent customer service and give accurate wait times.
• Assist and ring up guests, answer phones, and take orders.
• Follow recipes and prepare food in a timely, sanitary manner.
• Stock and rotate food; maintain kitchen and lobby cleanliness.
• Communicate with staff and managers about schedules and daily operations.
• Show up on time and complete opening/closing duties.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation guidelines, and cost-control measures.
