Job summary

Vitality Bowls in Rocky River, Ohio is hiring a crew member to assist guests, take orders, prep food, and keep the front lobby and kitchen clean. You will learn the menu benefits and help ensure accurate prep and friendly service.

Requirements include ability to stand for long periods, handle cash and POS, follow safety guidelines, and work as part of a team with a positive attitude. Training will cover health standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Food safety certification is required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly.
• Must be able to follow recipes and ensure sanitary food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Memorize training materials and explain health benefits of ingredients to customers in an upbeat, informative manner.
• Keep the front lobby and outside area clean.
• Provide excellent customer service, be polite, and give accurate wait times.
• Assist guests, ring up orders, answer phone calls and take orders over the phone.
• Follow recipes and prepare food in a timely, sanitary manner.
• Prep food according to proper procedures.
• Continuously clean the kitchen and lobby.
• Stock and rotate food and put away deliveries.
• Communicate with coworkers and managers to ensure correct, timely orders.
