Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is looking for a part-time Retail Food & Bev Lead to manage the on-site foodservice area in Cincinnati, ensuring safe, clean, and well-stocked conditions. You will assist guests, execute the Hi Five experience, and support fellow associates during shifts.

Responsibilities include food prep, SOP adherence, POS operations, and helping maintain store cleanliness and order. Ideal candidates have foodservice or retail experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform foodservice tasks following SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Ability to assist store team and train others on shift.
• Prior experience in fast-paced retail or food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience with warm, authentic service.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages per SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in foodservice areas.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist with inventory and restocking to avoid shortages.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol and tobacco sale policies where applicable.
• Support management on shift with training and safety procedures.
