Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Retail Food and Beverage Lead at Store 122 in Cincinnati, OH to supervise a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area. You’ll ensure program compliance, train staff, and drive foodservice sales while delivering the Hi Five guest experience.

The role requires effective English communication, ability to manage prep, stock, and food safety tasks, and adherence to state laws for alcohol and tobacco sales. Full-time hours and weekend coverage may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Food Safety certification may be required by UDF and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate foodservice area safely and keep it stocked and clean.
• Train store associates on foodservice programs and SOPs.
• Ensure proper dating, food safety, and rotation of products.
• Maintain records, temperatures, and cleanliness across foodservice areas.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
