Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Part-Time Food & Beverage Lead for the Cincinnati location. The role covers a foodservice area lead, ensuring safe and stocked foodservice offerings and guiding other associates in foodservice knowledge.

Must maintain Hi Five Guest Experience and follow all SOPs and state food safety regulations. The position requires early hours (4am-9am, Mon-Sat), on-site work, and the ability to handle POS transactions, alcohol and tobacco sales while upholding company

Qualifications

Part-time availability: M-Sat 4am-9am
Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers
Food safety certification required under state laws
Willingness to operate POS and handle cash and transactions
Legally qualified to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales
Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and work in cold temperatures

Responsibilities

Turn on Roller Grill and HTG equipment; stock per Production Guide and ensure correct dating
Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and outstanding service to every guest
Operate POS system and correctly process transactions including gas sales and coupons
Stock shelves and maintain cleanliness of foodservice areas and deli/counter spaces
Train associates on foodservice programs and SOPs during shifts
Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure safe, ethical operation of the store
Ensure food safety and proper handling of all foodservice items
