Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness and order of common areas in office buildings, apartments, and other facilities. You will perform routine cleaning tasks and assist the building engineer as needed.

Shift runs Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 1:30 pm, with duties including lobby glass care, vacuuming, restroom checks, trash removal, and reporting lighting issues to the Management Office.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors
• Polish chrome on lobby doors
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up any trash
• Check restrooms twice daily
• Vacuum lobby carpeted floors
• Dust mop lobby floors twice daily
• Report any lights out to the Management Office
• Polish elevator cab railings and doors and main lobby call buttons
• Assist building Engineer daily as needed
