Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe doors, walls and tops twice daily.
• Empty trash receptacles and clean exterior bins; sweep entrances.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize surfaces; maintain lobby and corridors.
• Vacuum and dust lobby floors; sweep stairs and landings as needed.
