Job summary

Concordia College is seeking a Contract Services Associate for Dining Services in Moorhead. This .60 FTE hourly role supports daily production and service within the Contract Services team, with shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Cross‑training and mentoring student workers are part of the position.

The role emphasizes food safety, accurate portioning, and adherence to health standards, while fostering teamwork in a fast-paced campus dining environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• ServSafe certificate or equivalent, or pass ServSafe within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Count and divide food items for production and clients.
• Follow sanitation requirements as prescribed by authorities.
• Obtain products from storage, weigh or measure, portion, label, move, and clean.
• Assist with training and work with student employees, coworkers, and managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
