Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a Dietary Support Associate to process patient meal orders, diet orders, special services, consults, transfers and nourishments in a call center environment within our inpatient dining program. The role requires mobility on feet for 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Candidates should have at least three months of experience in office, food service or hospitality, and familiarity with Windows.

Qualifications

• Three months experience in an office, food service or hospitality setting.
• Some college courses beyond high school.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems expected.

Responsibilities

• Processes patient meal orders, diet orders, special services, consults, transfers, nourishments and requisitions.
• Provides customer service to patients.
• Answers incoming phone calls.
• Delivers patient nourishments.
• Attends departmental meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
