Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and friendly, professional interaction with residents, families and teammates.
• Ability to follow safety and food handling protocols and maintain clean dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals in a professional, courteous manner.
• Uphold high table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing between courses, and resetting tables.
• Engage with residents, assist with meal and menu selections, and attend to dining needs as requested.
• Review dietary needs and preferences as outlined by the Supervisor and care plan.
• Track resident meal attendance and communicate safety checks for absences.
