Qualifications

• Leadership experience required to supervise a fast-paced kitchen.
• Culinary expertise with strong kitchen operations knowledge.
• Must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe Food Manager Certification.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Experience handling high-volume dining service.
• Availability for the 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM morning shift, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise food-service staff, provide feedback and performance coaching.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing needs, and waste reduction.
• Ensure recipes, standards, temperatures, and portions meet guidance.
• Maintain equipment safety and sanitation compliance.
• Manage food storage, rotation, labeling, and dating.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and guest satisfaction.
