Qualifications

• 6 months of food service experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers, answers questions, and provides basic information regarding food preparation and activities.
• Assists and guides student workers
• Cleans, inspects, and maintains kitchen equipment and work areas
• Prepares basic dishes and assists in more complex dishes
• Coordinates and performs setup/cleanup of areas and equipment
• Adheres to food safety regulations and procedures
• Performs routine food preparation tasks such as portioning and serving
