Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily caterings.
• Oversee the daily operation of serving buffet guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and adhere to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle questions/concerns.
• Monitor and maintain inventory and restock as needed.
• Complete daily financial and operational tasks, including reconciling the register.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
