Courtyard by Marriott Wichita at Old Town is seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Bistro Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This role focuses on morning breakfast service, coffee preparation, and maintaining a welcoming Bistro environment.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or hotel guest-service experience, strong communication, and a teamwork mindset. Food handler certification may be required by local regulations. Weekend availability could be required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and breakfast items.
• Assist with basic food preparation and presentation.
• Set up and maintain the Bistro and breakfast service areas.
• Keep food and beverage stations stocked throughout the morning.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain a clean Bistro.
• Operate the POS system and handle guest payments.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Respond to guest questions and requests professionally.
