The Big Biscuit in Wichita, KS is seeking a friendly server for a daytime schedule (6:30 am – 2:30 pm). This role is great for part-time work or a second job, with weekends and holidays required when we are busiest.

You will greet guests, take orders, enter them into the POS system, deliver meals, check back for satisfaction, and help keep the dining area clean and organized. Strong communication and multitasking are essential, and basic math with cash handling is required.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience preferred, especially in a high-volume environment (not required).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into the POS system.
• Deliver food quickly and ensure items meet quality standards.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and daily specials; handle payments.
• Keep dining area clean, stocked, and organized; assist teammates as needed.
• Communicate with hosts, bussers, cooks, and managers to support flow.
• Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards.
