Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast items, ensuring food presentation meets quality standards and safety regulations
• Set up breakfast buffet stations, replenish items as needed, and maintain attractive displays throughout service hours
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing serving stations
• Monitor food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and temperature controls
