Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to warmly serve guests during breakfast service and maintain a clean, inviting dining area. You will interact with guests, prepare and present food and beverages, restock supplies, and ensure brand standards are met.

The role operates within a 24/7 environment with flexible shift days and hours. Strong communication, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential, as is the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long

Qualifications

• Food Handler’s Certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Good personality and positive interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Restaurant experience (1 year preferred).
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast area per brand standards.
• Take inventory of food, beverages and supplies daily.
• Assist in ordering or purchasing food supplies.
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, hot items, coffee and juices.
• Set up serving dishes, utensils, cups and other products.
• Clear and clean tables as they are vacated.
• Keep breakfast area clean and well stocked throughout shifts.
• Wash glassware and utensils after use.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming breakfast and lounge area.
