Responsibilities

• Wipe down service lines and equipment according to health and safety regulations.
• Sanitize and clean buffet bar areas, tables, chairs, and trash areas as needed.
• Ensure buffet is fully set up each morning with fresh items throughout service hours.

Responsibilities

• Wipe down service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment according to health and safety regulations
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed
• Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours
• Use appropriate procedures for removing used plates, glasses, and silverware in an efficient manner throughout breakfast service

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
• We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
