Job summary

Aloft Savannah Airport is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to support breakfast prep and cleanup while ensuring guest satisfaction. The role covers front desk functions during the 6am–10am shift and requires delivering high-quality, courteous service to all guests throughout their stay.

Responsibilities include stocking breakfast items, making coffee, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting guests with local information and directions.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant serving or waitering.
• Focus on cleanliness and safety.
• Patience and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Offers courteous and sincere hospitality at all times.
• Places food items in appropriate containers for serving food to guests and keeps containers fully stocked during breakfast hours.
• Mkes coffee, supplies and cleans coffee counter/breakfast area.
• Restocks food and other containers used in the breakfast area.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the breakfast area.
• Cleans and sanitizes all food display containers, trays, plates etc.
• Stores food products in a safe and clean storage area in an orderly manner.
• Uses plastic gloves and hair net when restocking food items. Hands must be washed frequently to avoid contamination of food products.
• Takes all breakfast waste to the garbage dumpster daily.
• Must obtain any food safety or other certifications required by the local public health authorities.
• Answers questions about the hotel and community, is knowledgeable about the location of attractions, restaurants and shopping, and answers complaints or concerns by the guests.
