• Cleans and sanitizes all food display containers, trays, plates etc.
• Stores food products in a safe and clean storage area in an orderly manner.
• Uses plastic gloves and hair net when restocking food items. Hands must be washed frequently to avoid contamination of food products.
• Takes all breakfast waste to the garbage dumpster daily.
• Must obtain any food safety or other certifications required by the local public health authorities.
• Answers questions about the hotel and community, is knowledgeable about the location of attractions, restaurants and shopping, and answers complaints or concerns by the guests.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear.

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and pushing and/or pulling approximately 50lbs.

• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Ability to stand during the entire 8-hour shift.
