Aloft is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to assist with breakfast preparation and cleanup while ensuring guest satisfaction. You will provide high-quality service to guests during the 6a–10am shift and support front office functions as needed during breakfast hours.

Responsibilities include restocking, maintaining cleanliness, and answering guest questions about the hotel and local attractions. Fluency in English and a polite, customer-oriented demeanor are essential.

Formación

• Food handling certificate required where mandated.
• Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience.
• Hands-on experience with cashier duties.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Offer courteous and sincere hospitality at all times.
• Serve food items in proper containers and keep breakfast area stocked during service.
• Make coffee and keep the coffee counter and breakfast area clean.
• Restock food and other containers used in the breakfast area.
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area.
• Sanitize all display containers, trays, plates, etc.
• Store food in a safe, clean storage area.
• Wear gloves and a hair net when restocking; wash hands regularly.
• Take breakfast waste to the dumpster daily.
• Obtain any required food safety certifications per local authorities.
• Answer questions about the hotel and local attractions; be knowledgeable about area.
• Demonstrate patience and a customer-oriented approach.
