Job summary

Sonnenalp Properties, Inc. is seeking a full-time Breakfast Pantry Barista/Attendant to deliver exceptional service, prepare coffee and menu items, and manage payments in a polished, guest-focused environment at Sonnenalp Club.

The role emphasizes attentiveness, organization, and the ability to work independently during high-volume periods. Responsibilities include taking orders, entering them into the POS, maintaining cleanliness, restocking, and assisting with events.

Qualifications

• One year of barista or food and beverage service experience preferred.
• Experience with espresso equipment and POS systems preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare the Breakfast Pantry for daily service.
• Complete opening/closing and weekly side-work duties.
• Prepare Pantry, coffee station, service areas, and outdoor seating for business.
• Ensure supplies are stocked (condiments, cups, utensils, napkins, etc.).
• Maintain an attractive display of food and beverage products.
• Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, smoothies, and other menu items per recipes.
