The Treff Café barista / bartender is responsible for exceptional guest service. This will include all aspects of great customer service, order input, preparation, delivery and payment processing. The Barista will need to be able to prioritize and manage time correctly. They will work the register, prepare menu items, and keep the café clean and well stocked for service throughout the entire shift. They will be responsible for correct cash handling and daily check outs. The position requires working closely with a high volume of demanding clientele and other staff. The Barista must not only be congenial, but able to appropriately deal with customers and fellow workers. At all times, the barista is expected to be attentive to our guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.
