Job summary

RHA Health Services is seeking a Qualified Professional to support youth aged 3–21 with mental health, substance use, or developmental needs. You will work in residential, school, workplace, and community settings, focusing on recovery, coping skills, and independent living.

The role involves coordinating with clinicians, families, and local agencies, providing strength-based interventions, and linking clients to services while maintaining quality care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services field and 2+ years full-time experience with population served.
• Bachelor's degree not in Human Services with 4+ years full-time experience with population served.
• Master’s Degree or Higher with 1+ years full-time experience with population served.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues in home, school, workplace and community settings in accordance to the service definition.
• Focus is on assisting individuals with living independently with interventions that are strength-based and focused on promoting recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills, and achievement of the highest quality of life in the community.
• Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the individuals served, the company, family/guardians, local agencies and the community.
• Minimizing the negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence that interfere with the person’s daily living and personal development.
• Performing Case Management functions of linking and arranging for services and referrals.
• Working closely with other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and provide feedback.
