RHA Health Services is seeking a Facility Based Crisis Qualified Professional to provide support to individuals with mental health and substance use needs across residential, school, workplace, and community settings.

The role focuses on recovery, skill development, and community functioning, with supervision as needed. Requires a Qualified Professional credential and relevant degree as described, with related experience in human services sectors.

Competenze

• Must meet the requirements of a Qualified Professional.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field with 2+ years full-time experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree in other field with 4+ years full-time experience, or
• Master’s degree with 1+ years full-time experience.

Mansioni

• Provides support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues in home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Focus is on assisting individuals with living independently with strength-based interventions.
• Facilitates relationships and acts as a link between individuals served, family, guardians, and local agencies.
• Minimizes psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence effects and provides supportive counseling.
• Supports clients in developing daily living, social, adaptation and anger management skills.
• Performs Case Management linking and arranging services and referrals.
• Collaborates with clinical staff to maintain communication and expedite service delivery.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field

Bachelor’s degree not Human Services field

Master’s Degree or Higher

License/Provisional License/Certificate/Registration/Permit
