Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Qualified Professional (MORES) to support youth and young adults with MH/SUD and IDD in residential, school, workplace and community settings. This role focuses on recovery, coping skills and functioning at the community level, under supervision in a MORES team with a clinician and family partner.

Requirements include a relevant bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with at least 1 year of experience, plus applicable licensure or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required.
• 2+ years full-time experience with population served.
• Master’s Degree or Higher and 1+ years full-time experience with population served.
• Licensure or certification as required by governing board regulating human service profession.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues in home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Facilitates relationships and acts as a link between individuals, family, guardians, local agencies and the community.
• Supports clients in developing daily living, social, adaptation, and coping skills.
• Performs Case Management functions including linking and arranging for services and referrals.
• Works with clinical staff to maintain communication and expedite service implementation.
