ETS-Lindgren is seeking an Accounting Admin to perform general accounting tasks, process month-end closes, and support AR/AP activities. The role focuses on accuracy in project accounting, journal entries, and handling tax-exempt documentation for customers.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 1–3 years of accounting experience, with solid US GAAP knowledge and strong MS Office/Excel skills. Benefits include comprehensive medical, retirement, and employee programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 1-3 years of Accounting experience.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office and Excel.
• Solid understanding of USGAAP principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting administrative tasks, project accounting activities, and related month-end close tasks including analysis and journal entries
• Manage the collection, review, and processing of tax-exempt customer documentation
• Support the Accounts Receivable team in managing customer accounts and account activity
• Support the Accounts Payable team by reviewing, investigating, and resolving unmatched invoices
• Other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager
