ETS-Lindgren is seeking an Accounting Admin to perform general accounting tasks, project accounting activities, and month-end close duties, including analysis and journal entries.

You will manage tax-exempt documentation, support accounts receivable, and assist accounts payable by reviewing and resolving invoices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1-3 years of Accounting experience.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office and Excel.
• Solid understanding of USGAAP principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting administrative tasks, project accounting activities, and related month-end close tasks including analysis and journal entries.
• Manage the collection, review, and processing of tax-exempt customer documentation.
• Support the Accounts Receivable team in managing customer accounts and account activity.
• Support the Accounts Payable team by reviewing, investigating, and resolving unmatched invoices.
• Other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
