Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a School Services School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant for a local contract in Montgomery, Texas.

The SLPA will support evaluations and screenings, implement IEP goals under supervision, and provide direct therapy to students. Start ASAP for 13 weeks, 40 hours weekly, with dayshift scheduling. Texas license and BLS are preferred; the district partnership ensures ongoing mentorship and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLPA license if required by that state
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least one year of recent relevant experience preferred
• School experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• SLPA may assist SLP-CCC with evaluations and screenings
• SLPA will implement individualized education plan developed and directed by the supervising SLP
• SLPA will provide direct therapy services addressing treatment goals developed by the supervising SLP
• SLPA will collect data and document student performance and report its information in a timely manner
