Job summary

Journey Bank in Montgomery, PA is seeking a full-time Lead Community Banking Associate to oversee paying and receiving functions, balance cash, and coordinate daily office operations at the Montgomery Drive-thru location.

You will lead a team of Community Banking Associates, ensure accurate currency handling, and support customer service and local referrals while adhering to Bank Secrecy Act, CRA, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of teller experience preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
• Professional and courteous communication.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate office machines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate paying and receiving with policy compliance.
• Coordinate work with staff and departments.
• Prepare reports for the Assistant Community Office Manager.
• Maintain cash levels and handle currency.
• Balance vault cash daily and manage office supplies.
• Support risk management and regulatory compliance.
