You will supervise Community Banking Associates, ensure accurate cash management, and support customer service excellence while working on-site during regular business hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of Teller experience.
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
• Professional communication and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure paying and receiving, balancing and operational activities are performed accurately as per policy.
• Lead and coordinate Community Banking Associate staff and ensure collaboration with other office roles.
• Prepare related reports as directed by the Assistant Community Office Manager.
• Maintain appropriate cash levels and balance currency/coins; manage vault cash daily.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, CRA, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and internal policies.
