Qualifications

• Ensure high-quality customer service experiences and promptly resolve inquiries and service deficiencies.
• Maintain precision in balancing vault, office currency, and coin levels while adhering to controls and regulatory requirements.
• Guide the team to identify sales opportunities and refer to other departments or services.
• Mitigate risks by ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
