Job summary

Ohana Toddler Guide at Bandwidth Raleigh NC supports Montessori/RIE–based care for toddlers and partners with a lead guide to plan a nurturing environment in compliance with licensing standards.

You will observe and document development, communicate with families, and contribute to a collaborative classroom that respects each child’s needs. A Bachelor’s is preferred and 3 years in early childhood is expected.

Qualifications

• Montessori/RIE caregiving experience is preferred.
• Strong observation and documentation skills required.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with a lead guide to plan the environment using Montessori/RIE principles.
• Manage daily care of toddlers following licensing guidelines and best practices.
• Provide developmental observations and prepare reports for families; conduct parent conferences three times per year.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom; foster respectful relationships with families and co-teachers.
