Job summary

Bandwidth seeks a dedicated Infant Guide at the Ohana Child Development Center in the Bandwidth Raleigh NC Headquarters. The role involves providing primary care to 1-3 infants alongside two other guides, while implementing Montessori and/or RIE pedagogy to foster a collaborative learning environment.

You will observe and document developmental milestones, mentor staff, and ensure Ohana principles are delivered to the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and MACTE accredited Montessori certification or RIE training preferred.
• 5+ years working in an infant environment.
• Primary caregiving techniques and observation/documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for 1-3 infants while collaborating with two other guides.
• Contribute to a collaborative teaching culture and teamwork.
• Observe and document developmental milestones and progress.
• Mentor and coach other teachers on Ohana principles and pedagogy.
• Ensure Ohana principles are delivered to the highest standard.
