Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years working in an early childhood program, preferably with infants.
• Knowledge of child development, Montessori/RIE caregiving techniques.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with a lead guide to plan and prepare the environment.
• Manage physical care of children using Montessori techniques.
• Observe and document observations regularly for each child.
• Provide daily reports to parents documenting care.
• Model appropriate pro-social behavior and redirect children.
