Ohana Toddler Guide role at Bandwidth Raleigh NC involves partnering with families to provide Montessori/RIE-based programming for children 4 months to 5 years old. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years working in an early childhood setting.
• Knowledge of child development and Montessori/RIE caregiving techniques.
• Observation techniques and documentation; strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare the environment using Montessori/RIE principles.
• Manage physical care of children (diapering and toileting) using Montessori and RIE techniques.
• Ensure daily care following procedures and licensing guidelines.
• Maintain visual supervision and child safety at all times.
• Observe and document observations regularly for each child.
• Provide developmental reports to parents and conduct parent conferences three times per year.
