Responsibilities

• Prepare and mantain a nurturing Montessori toddler environment and community
• Guide children ages 18 months -3 years in daily classroom activities
• Support each child's development and emotional growth
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Observe and document children's progress
• Bring creativity, initiative, and strong self direction to the role, while contributing ideas and solutions when needed
