Apple Montessori Schools seeks an Educational Director to lead Montessori programs across sites, mentor teachers, and partner with families to ensure high-quality early childhood education. You will champion Montessori excellence, oversee curriculum alignment, and uphold safety and engagement for students and staff.

The role requires collaboration with families, coaches for staff development, and travel to multiple campuses to ensure consistent standards and a positive school culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field is required.
• Montessori certification at the Early Childhood level (AMS, AMI, NAMC or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in early childhood education.
• 1 year of experience as a supervisor or coordinator.
• Knowledge of the Montessori philosophy and methods.
• Strong mentorship and communication skills.
• Experience with educational technology and administrative tools (e.g., ProCare, Salesforce, Vector).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families to support student growth and family engagement.
• Mentor and develop educators through coaching, feedback, and professional development.
• Oversee program quality, compliance, and classroom environments across multiple sites.
• Ensure safety, curriculum alignment, and meaningful student progress.
• Maintain transparent communication with families through events, conferences, and workshops.
• Lead staff growth, retention, and a positive, collaborative school culture.
