Job summary

Apple Montessori Schools is seeking a Regional Director of Training & Instructional Development to ensure consistent high-quality teaching across the region. You will develop Education Directors and teaching staff through onboarding, coaching, and professional development, while leading family tours and supporting enrollment goals.

The role requires a hands-on leadership style, strong Montessori knowledge, and the ability to travel to multiple locations; a hybrid schedule balancing school

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Montessori certification required.
• Minimum 10 years in early childhood education with 5+ years supervisory experience across multiple sites.
• Deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and a commitment to Montessori approach.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and presentation skills with families and staff.
• Experience in enrollment, admissions, or family outreach, including leading school tours.

Responsibilities

• Model and champion Montessori practice across the region to set high standards in every classroom.
• Lead enrollment efforts by partnering with Education Directors and operations leadership to meet targets.
• Conduct family tours, follow up with prospective families, and guide enrollment processes.
