Illuminate Montessori is hiring an Assistant Head of School to partner with the Head of School in Cedar Park, TX, delivering a high-quality, child-centered Montessori program. You will lead enrollment initiatives, engage families, and supervise staff to ensure exceptional service and operations.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, enrollment management, and community partnerships, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive team culture in a hands-on, in-person environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Director qualification or applicable state licensing required.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in early childhood education.
• Previous supervisory or team management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, billing software, and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of a strong school culture aligned with mission and values.
• Plan, coordinate, and host community outreach events.
• Conduct tours for prospective families and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Support enrollment and maintain prospective family relationships via CRM.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: billing, supplies, scheduling, facilities.
• Build positive relationships with families and address concerns professionally.
• Support Head of School with daily campus operations and staff leadership.
• Maintain consistent operational practices across the school community.
