Guidepost Montessori is seeking an experienced Head of School (School Director) for our Richardson, Texas campus. You will lead the campus team, drive enrollment growth, and uphold the highest standards of Montessori education across classrooms.

The role requires Director Qualified status with early childhood leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to build a warm, high-performing school culture while overseeing staff development and budget

• Director qualified and early childhood leadership experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a results focus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude for creating a warm and benevolent team culture.
• Strong leadership and ability to make tough decisions with limited information.
• Passion for Montessori pedagogy and getting education right.

Responsabilidades

• Developing a strategic plan for the campus.
• Creating a strong culture that embodies the mission of the organization.
• Building a strong community among staff, parents, and children.
• Ensuring delivery of an exceptional program.
• Ensuring profitability targets are met (including managing campus budget).
• Working with the Assistant Head of School to ensure enrollment targets are met.
• Hiring, supporting, developing, and managing teaching staff.
