Job summary

Guidepost Montessori is seeking an experienced Head of School to lead our Richardson campus, drive enrollment, and oversee the educational program with a focus on Montessori principles. The role requires building a warm, results-driven culture among staff, families, and students.

You will partner with the Assistant Head of School to meet enrollment targets, manage campus budgets, and hire and support teaching staff across classrooms. A strong communication style is essential.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong leadership and the ability to make the tough decisions with limited information

Responsibilities

• Developing a strategic plan for the campus
• Creating a strong culture that embodies the mission of our organization
• Building a strong community among staff, parents, and children
• Ensuring delivery of an exceptional program
• Ensuring overall profitability targets are met (including managing campus budget)
• Working with the Assistant Head of School to ensure enrollment targets are met
• Hiring, supporting, developing, and managing teaching staff
