Guidepost Montessori is hiring an experienced Assistant Director (Assistant Head of School) to join our Hillsboro team. The role partners with the Head of School to deliver high-quality learning experiences for children, exceptional service to families, and a collaborative work environment for staff.

The ideal candidate will lead community outreach, drive enrollment, and oversee daily operations while upholding Montessori values and strong parent relationships.

Formación

• Leadership experience in early childhood education.
• Step 9 or higher in ORO.
• Affinity for connecting with people.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Facility with computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Foster a strong campus culture aligned with our mission.
• Plan and host community outreach events.
• Give tours to prospective families and convert leads to enrollment.
• Drive the enrollment process using a CRM system.
• Oversee day-to-day school operations: billing, supply orders, scheduling maintenance.
• Engage with parents to build community, answer questions, and address concerns.
